Custom orders including prints, canvas prints and Deities larger than 10" are specially made-to-order and are therefore not covered by this. They can only be returned if they are faulty.

To return items you must first get a return authorization from our Customer Support Help Desk. Please do not return any items without this authorization as we have to provide you with the address to return the items to. We can not refund any items that are returned without authorization.

Shipping Methods

KrishnaStore.co.uk ships from warehouses in different parts of the country so if you order more than one item you may receive more than one shipment and they may arrive at different times.
